Individual Coaching
Individual coaching focus on techniques that can be used in the moment , discussion on how stress shows up in our bodies and ways to manage our daily stressors. Individual sessions typically are an hour in length building upon take home exercises to practice between sessions.

Group Sessions of Breathwork
Conscious Connected breathwork is a powerful modality allowing the body to release energy or stored emotions without needing to have the words to talk about them. Our bodies store our experiences in their tissues and these activating breathwork sessions can provider the catalyst for releasing them from our cells without us even knowing what we might need to release. Sessions offered in group or individual sessions

Yin Yoga
I offer yin yoga as another movement modality for our bodies. Yin yoga is a slow packed style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint health. Athletes add yin yoga to their routines so as to have fewer injuries.

Team Building
Together with Chris Griffin of Rooted and Resilient we piece together a tailored 1-2 day retreat for teams.
