Welcome to Rooted & Resilient. I’m here to support you with evidence-based breathwork and heart-centered practices that gently address the root causes of stress and trauma held in the body. My coaching is centered around cultivating emotional adaptability—empowering you to align with your core values, tap into your innate creativity and strengths, and foster meaningful connection with self, purpose, source, and others. Together, we’ll shift from patterns of fatigue, burnout, and self-judgment toward a state of flourishing and joy.

My Philosopy

My work is deeply influenced by Jean Watson's Theory of Caring and Michael Brown's Presence Process. From Watson, I embrace the understanding that genuine caring relationships create the foundation for healing. From Brown, I incorporate the power of present-moment awareness as a pathway to processing unresolved emotions and patterns.
